Enigma's Smartcast Manager is the perfect tool for League of Legends players who are new to smartcasting or just don't want to smartcast every champion and every spell. It provides a simple interface to make different smartcast binds for each Champion in the game, eliminating the need to change the smartcast keys every time you start a game

Enigma's Smartcast Manager is a free download! Simply extract the ZIP package to a folder on your computer and run! For those technically inclined you may also download the source code.

Nice tool! Thank you,  I didn't notice it but I searched a tool like this, it's so helpful!
