these skins are very worth to someone starting out cause they are two champs you see alot in lower ranks and elo and plus who doesnt love big guns and big horns and big guns

Just a little note of mine:
If you have a feral flare jungler in your team e.g. shyvana (strongest impact of feral flare in my experience so far, but I dont play often so I might lag of some stronger feral flare junglers) and you lose your lane a bit (about 15 farm behind after 7 minutes, gave one kill, or two on botlane), just play safe and dont cry for ganks all the time.
My friend plays shyvana a lot and every game he ganks only if the lane is losing hard or if there is a good opportunity to get kills. Most games he gets flamed ("no ganks gg game lost surrender 20 report shyvana"), comes out of the jungle with 35 feral flare stacks and crushes everything.
To conclude: Feral flare junglers are like season 1 heimerdinger: They might look bad and trolling in the early game, because they farm or block the midlane minions, but at the time they start to fight or let the minions out, your team can turn nearly everything around.
So please, let those junglers farm theyre feral flare, they will come out of the jungle and kill everything for you, but just let them
