The marketplace can offer a variety of goodies from anything to your favorite  skin to a killer deal on a PAX skin. Now, I am going to be very blunt. Whenever you buy or sell there will always be a risk. This statement is indisputable. You may get scammed you may not. There will be trusted sellers and there may not. These are the risks you must take and the fundamental questions you must understand if you want to buy or sell in the market place.

IF I FEEL YOU ARE A TRUSTED SELLER I WILL VERIFY YOUR SHOP. Verified shops are 99% trusted. Note- There will be an application and heavy process to become trusted.


Please Follow These Rules

Shop Keepers

1. If you wish to open a shop in the Market Place you must contact a Mod, or me University, through PM or email.
2. All shopkeepers will receive feedback on their shop thread.
3. The shop owner MAY NEVER link anyone to a download or keylogging website. ANY OFFENSE WILL BE IMMEDIATE termination of your membership.

Buyers

1. There will be NO spamming, trolling and flaming on this thread. Any violation will give you a warning. If a user procedes  three warnings, the user will be rusticated from this thread.
2. *PLEASE NOTE*- THERE WILL BE NO REFUND IF YOU GET SCAMMED- sorry. By taking part in the marketplace and if you read above it is the risk you took. The site cannot afford to refund everybody who  got scammed.
3. The buyer must give feed back to the shop owner post the purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS- Note feedback can be bad or good. The feedback must be posted on the shop thread.

4. The buyer is preferred to contact through private messages.

ANY USER WHO SCAMS WILL BE BANNED- the accuser will have to provide CONCRETE evidence of being scammed. The following examples(but is not tied to) is concrete evidence.

• A video( UPLOADED TO YOUTUBE
• An image that clearly shows the scam

Please Be aware of suspicious websites or downloads. These can have keyloggers and WILL take your information.

IF ANY SHOP OWNER TELLS YOU TO DOWNLOAD SOMETHING PLEASE SCREENSHOT IT AND REPORT TO ME.
